The Villa has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, three kitchens and five patios on three distinct floors - all on the waters edge.  It easily accommodates ten to twelve people and can be rented by three different parties or by larger groups. It works well for couples, a family or extended families.  Extra mattresses can be supplied for larger groups.
Amenities include: AC, ceiling fans, cable TV, on-site parking, combination safes and laundry facilities.  Outdoor features include a 75 feet private dock  with good swimming or deep water for boat tie up, and a dock side thatched palapa with great shade for afternoon snoozing or for easy supervision of kids playing in  the lagoon.  Oh, and the rooftop plunge pool!
