South Waters Resort is a Belizean-owned & operated resort located on 300’ of sandy Caribbean beach at the Southern end of Placencia Peninsula.
We are within walking distance to the rest of Placencia Village and home to "The Moorings" in Placencia.
A quiet retreat with modern décor and facilities with a great view of the bay. One can truly relax and enjoy the peace of a Caribbean vacation with the comforts of home.
South Waters Resort offers 3 exotically named luxury condo suites all fully furnished, air conditioned, full kitchen, dining room, living room (futon sufa bed), spacious bedroom with queen-sized bed & walk-in closet. For your personal entertainment the condos have Cable TV & surround sound music centers. These condos sleep 2 -4 people.
South Waters Resort also has 4 private beach cabanas with double bed, ceiling fans, refrigerator and coffee maker. The cabanas sleep 1 -2 people. All accommodations at South Waters Resort have hot & cold water.
Our nautical-themed restaurant "The Crows Nest Café, Bar & Grill" is open all day, serving breakfast, lunch & dinner a selection of American & Creole dishes. Our dinner menu has a selection of delicious seafood, vegetarian & various meat dishes.
