The beautiful, exceptional Villa, finished in April of 2009, boasts superior craftsmanship and attention to detail rarely seen in Belize. Designed to capture the Caribbean breeze the home opens up to keep cool naturally with the aid, when needed, of ceiling fans for a true tropical experience.

            The Villa easily accommodates 6 people in its 2 bedrooms with comfortable queen beds and a convertible double in the living room. An amazing shower, 1 ½ bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, luxurious and relaxing atmosphere, commanding 360 degree view of the lagoon, sea and mountains add to the Villa’s magical charm. As the Villa is only one unit, it offers more privacy than multi unit buildings. For the ultimate, rent the Villa and Cabana together, comfortable for 8 to 10 people.

The Cabana built in the old British cottage style features a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, ceiling fan, sink, hot water shower and toilet upstairs. It makes efficient use of a small space with a kitchen on the ground level with a futon that doubles as an extra bed. A vine covered deck overlooks the water and dock a mere 6’ away.

Located on private, secure, Harbour Place channel, Silver Leaf is managed by Stefano Ragagnin of Colibri House, and the property is turn key. It has private parking and a deep water dock. Come swim in the lagoon, cruise the mangroves with the complementary kayak, ride the provided bicycles, take a 2 min walk to the beach, all village restaurants and bars within walking distance, or relax on a hammock or under the Thatch palapa. If your timing is right, pick a banana, coconut or mango right off of the tree in the tropical garden that surrounds you.
