Michelo on the Main Street next to Atlantic Bank close to the beach at the north end of the Side Walk lies in a residential part of Placencia (free of night life noise). Shops, banks and bars are on walking distance.

The all concrete construction was built with a lot of emphasis on hygiene (virtually bugs free), safety (solid burglar protection + alarm) and comfort. The 4 flats, which can cater each up to 4 people, of 330 square feet (30m2) in the Michelo villa have 2 fans, a kitchen with fridge and microwave oven, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, television, WiFi internet, a queens bed, a counter and 2 to 4 stools and a table with 2 to 4 chairs for inside and outside use. Premium suites have a futon and their own porch with hammock to enjoy lazy moments after an active day.

You can get picked up for your fishing and diving at our dock in the lagoon.

On the second floor we run the by now famous Belgian Café overlooking the sea, lagoon and Maya Mountains. On the rooftop lookout one can enjoy Placencia’s unique sunsets. We offer (espresso) coffees, lattes, cappuccinos, eggs & omelets, salads and toasted sandwiches, waffles, crepes and cream puffs. Also beer, wine and cocktails are available.
