Maya Dream Beach House is located 11/2 miles North of Placencia village on the beach. The two story frame and concrete house sits amid ½ acre of beautifully landscaped grounds.

The upper level of the house consists of two air conditioned bedrooms, one with queen bed, and the other two twins. A sofa in the living room converts to a ¾ bed. There is cable TV and a BTL phone card telephone. Belizean hardwood furniture and floors add comfort and beauty. The tiled kitchen had a nice hot water shower.

The tiled kitchen is fully equipped with a range and oven and a good sized refrigerator. Tap water is safe to drink. Ceiling fans and stand fans in each room can be used to add to the lovely, almost constant, breeze off of the ocean. A large, child-safe sundeck, complete with hammocks and chairs, overlook the sea. Swimming, snorkeling or just relaxing on the beach are only steps away.

The lower level of the house consists of fully tiled one bedroom had a queen size bed of beautiful Belizean hardwood. A separate room has a sofa that converts to a ¾ bed. There is cable TV and a BTL phone card telephone. There is a small bathroom with hot water shower.

The kitchen is newly remodeled with Belizean hardwood cabinets, breakfast bar, range and oven and a good size refrigerator. For relaxing, there is a screened on verandah adjoining the bedroom.

The verandah offers a lovely view of the sea and nearby gardens. Hammocks await a few steps from the door, as does the beach.
