and budget. This spacious Placencia Village vacation rental offers large
studio efficiency and 2 bedroom apartments or, when combined, a 3, 4,
5, or even 6+-bedroom holiday home.
Decked Out House is welcoming to children and adults alike. Fish, swim or launch a kayak off the private dock located just 30 feet from Decked Out House’s front door. Or just relax on one of numerous spacious decks, all at water's edge. Luxurious touches include high beam ceilings, granite countertops, multiple French doors, marble mosaic floor inlays, and fine mahogany cabinetry and paneled walls. Also offered are TV, DSL, kayaks, canoe, infant crib, baby safe decks, family board games, bicycles, a children’s loft and a terrific swimming spot.
Each generously-sized apartment has its own design and floor level. The second level hosts the spacious and luxurious great room and kitchen plus 2 bedrooms. Levels one and three each host an exceptionally large room with kitchen, lounging, dining and sleeping areas. These larger suites can be rented individually as efficiency studios or in combination with the level's other room, or another house level. Maximum capacity ranges from 2 to 16 guests, dependent on rental configuration.
