Decked Out House is a delightful lodging accommodation that is named for it’s numerous decks and luxurious appointments. This delightful Placencia Village vacation rental home is perfect for a family, multi-families, groups, couples or individuals. Although it frequently is rented as a “ house,” its three spacious levels can be rented separately as 1-2-bedroom apartments. Combined, these offer a 5+ bedroom house with children’s/sleeping loft, 4.5 baths, luxurious great room and large kitchen. Two of the “bedrooms” are large suites with additional kitchens.
 
Decked Out House is indeed special, as its atmosphere is both luxurious and relaxing. Each room offers its own special charm. The Queen’s Great Room features fine mahogany paneled walls, high-beamed ceilings and full glass French doors on both its north and south sides. They open to spacious decks located right on waters-edge. The gourmet kitchen is lined with fine mahogany cabinetry topped with granite. Marble mosaics are featured throughout the house, on walls, inlaid in exquisitely tiled floors, and on ceilings. Decked Out House is welcoming to children and adults alike. It even offers children’s games, board games, poker chips and cards, bicycles, a canoe, two kayaks plus a swimming and fishing hole off its private dock.

This splendid house is located in a quiet area within Placencia Village. A rental car or frequent taxis are not a necessity, as the house is quite close to restaurants, shops, and the beach.
