Located right on the water in beautiful Placencia, Blue Garden House offers the perfect combination of lush tropical privacy and easy access to the lovely Placencia beachfront.

Blue Garden house is just a five-minute walk to Placencia Village and its attractions, including famous Placencia's beach, a mile long stretch of white sand and coconut palms.

A traditional Caribbean cottage, Blue Garden House is built from wood and sits on a pleasant marina surrounded by a lush garden of fruit trees and flowers, with its own private dock.  You can paddle your kayak right from the house into the mangrove lagoon, where manatees and other marine life live.  From its two balconies overlooking the water, you can enjoy spectacular sunsets and warm tropical breezes.  A classic Caribbean experience!

The house sleeps 4-6 people in two bedrooms upstairs, one bedroom downstairs (two queen-sized beds and two single beds); two bathrooms and two hot-and-cold water showers (one upstairs and one outdoor shower downstairs); fully furnished and equipped living room/dining area and kitchen, four ceiling fans, hot and cold water, DVD/VCR, CD player, refrigerator, stove/oven, washing machine, large counter space with three bar stools, dining table. Use of two-person ocean kayak with paddles and life jackets is included in your stay.

Low Season Rates: May 15 - November 14, 2009 US$100/night or US$675/week plus 9% tax (minimum three night stay)
