Located right on the water of beautiful Placencia Lagoon, Blue Garden House offers the perfect combination of secluded privacy and easy access to the lovely Placencia beachfront.

Blue Garden House is just a five-minute walk to Placencia Village and its attractions, including Placencia’s beach, a mile long stretch of white sand and coconut palms.

Built in traditional Caribbean style, Blue Garden House is made from Belizean hardwoods and sits on a quiet marina surrounded by a lush garden of fruit trees and flowers with its own private dock and kayaks, where you can paddle into beautiful mangrove waterways where manatees and other marine life live. From its large balconies overlooking the water you can see spectacular sunsets across Placencia Lagoon and the jungle covered Maya Mountains in the distance. A classic Caribbean experience!

Full house rental - sleeps 4-6 in two bedrooms upstairs, one bedroom downstairs (two queen-sized beds and two single beds); two bathrooms and two showers (one upstairs and one outdoor shower downstairs); fully furnished and equipped living room/dining area and kitchen, 4 ceiling fans, hot and cold water, DVD/VCR, fridge, stove/oven, washing machine, large counter space with three bar stools, and four person dining table.

Guest Room Only - small downstairs guest room with separate entrance; sleeps 1-2 in a queen bed; bathroom; ceiling fan, table and chairs for sitting/eating, toaster and coffee/tea pot for preparing your own continental breakfast), open patio, outside hot and cold shower; use of private dock and two person kayak.
